Mindfulness Silent Day Retreat at Namaste Barn

 Sunday March 24th from 10.00 – 5.00 pm

Open to anyone who has completed the MBSR Mindfulness Course with me or elsewhere, or who has an established mindfulness practice.

Perhaps you have found that your mindfulness practice has been less in the foreground lately. If so, this is a great opportunity to reconnect and reunite with this practice.  To begin again……and to gather with the folks who have shared this journey.

OUR DAY

We’ll settle with drinks and a chat before moving into the Silent Day

I will be speaking to offer guidance and practices thoughout.

The day will be a flow of guided practices, one flowing into the other throughout the day

Blending:

 Yoga

 Body Scan,

  Mindful shared lunch.

 Mindful Walking Meditation inside and outside

Sitting Meditation

I warmly recommend this day, to turbo charge your mindfulness practice….

and enable you to meet a deep sense of peace within.

The cost of the day retreat is £50.00
