This course follows the Gold Standard MBSR – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Curriculum. The most highly effective, robustly researched and endorsed programme in the world developed by Dr Jon Kabat Zinn and Mark Williams of Oxford University.

In each session we will be developing different aspects of mindfulness practice

Oh… and a commitment to yourself is really key. Meditation practice is a bit like cleaning your teeth. It’s a habit that we make time for every day. When we decide to give ourselves the gift of this daily meditation practice, we begin from day one to transform our relationship with our life.

You will be provided with a Course Workbook and downloadable Guided Meditations for home practice.

You’ll also be invited to attend a one-day retreat as part of this programme.
